Diferents Styles of Regional Foods in China.

    I.          China has many styles of regional food. Three of the most popular are Cantonese, Hunan, and Pekinese.  

        

            II.            Cantonese food you found in the south of China.

            1. Cantonese foods are most recognize because  Chinese immigrants how brought their style.

                 a. America

                 b. Europe

                 2. Char Siu (roast pork)

             a. Soy and ginger are the main seasonings.

        b. Cantonese food is specializing in friend, steamed and stewed.

         III.            Hunan foods you found in  the central of China

                 1. Taste spicy and sour flavors.

                 a. Garlic and shallots

                 b. Fresh chills

                 2. China Hunan’s ham

                 a. Considerate the best of the world

                 b. The smokes shish and beef

         IV.            Peking kitchen you found  in the north of China

     1. Peking Ducks

            a. is the more famous dish

             b. everybody must try

             c. This style has it’s originality in the imperial court.

             2. In this region doesn’t eat rice.

             a. wheat is grown here in the north

             b. The wheat flour noodles replace rice.

           V.            Conclusion

 - When you visit China nowadays, you can learn about the different styles of Chinese foods. Some are Cantonese in the south, Hunan in the central and Peking in the north. Chinese food is one of most popular foods in the world, especially in American. I love China, their traditions, and culture; but what I love the most about China is their food.
